因为买到的商品不是她想要的颜色,亚马逊买家投诉“商品与描述不符”
有个买家买了我的一款灰玫瑰色的包包,她现在想退货,理由是这个包包的颜色应该是霓虹粉色的,而不是主页描述的灰玫瑰色。我去查看了一下这个包包的图片、标题还有产品描述,确实说的是灰玫瑰色啊(虽然图片看起来有点像浅粉)。我又去仔细看了一下她退货请求,原来是她看到有个3年前买了这款包包的买家评论说它是霓虹粉色的,她就奇怪为什么包包不是这种颜色。其实那个买家以前不是在我这边买的包包,不知道为什么他的评论就跑到我这边来了,但是我没办法删掉这条评论。我决定不出退货的运费,而且我要收退货手续费,你们有什么好的建议吗?

我已经接受退货了,这不是问题,问题是我担心这个买家会认为我的产品描述有误,然后亚马逊因为这个而处罚我,而且如果这个买家希望我付退货的运费,或是对手续费不满怎么办?

如果买家和卖家有纠纷,亚马逊是偏向买家这边的,如果你不想收到 A-Z claim(可能会因此花钱),你就给买家出退货运费,然后等货退回之后再退款给她
