亚马逊买家过了好久才说没收到货,USPS已经没有包裹的跟踪数据了,怎么办?
买家是去年11月下的订单,可是前两天才跟我说他没收到货,中间都隔了好几个月了。她发的信息是这样的:
“We never received this item and if you check tracking order, it left warehouse and was never delivered. I was just going thru these and realized that I was never credited for this item. Please do that right away and let me know when done. thank you.”
时间都过去这么久了,USPS早就没有订单追踪号的记录了,怎么办?

这个买家没有及时跟你说他没收到快递,他本人应该对此负责。那么久之前的事了,USPS都没办法做调查,carrier应该早就忘了这件事。。。
而且90天的有效期已经过了,这个买家不能留反馈或提交AZ claim,就算亚马逊允许他提交AZ,你也不用担心它会对你的绩效造成影响,因为订单日期已经超过6个月了。
要是我的话,我会回复这个买家,说这笔订单已经超过了有效期限,都过了这么久了,包裹的carrier没办法进行调查,所以我没办法立案。如果他还联系我的话,我会把他的信息标记为“No Response Required(无需回复)”,这样就行了

你可以跟这个买家说,这个订单是6个月以前的,USPS已经没有追踪号码的记录了,你没办法帮他。

楼主,你不要回复他的信息,如果他提交AZ,亚马逊会判你赢,或者亚马逊会自己作出赔偿。所以不要重新发货给他、不要退钱、不用担心AZ

“I ordered several things from Amazon around Christmas and today went in to archive my orders and realized that we never received the order shown above. The seller is saying that the deliverer doesnt have records that old and we all know that that is not true. Can you please research this for me and resolve it. We never received the item from them. Id like the item or a credit, whichever needs to happen. Thank you for handling this for me. I really appreciate it!”

在回应claim的时候,你可以说:
“The package was delivered on XXX Date per Tracking Number XXXXX. Buyer contacted us 6 months later stating they did not receive the package. Due to the length of time USPS will not investigate nor allow a claim to be filed on this package. Buyer is responsible to notify in a timely manner of any delivery issues per Amazon policy. Six months is not timely. We ask this claim be denied due to the buyer not reporting the issue per Amazon's policy in a timely manner.”
反正最糟糕的情况的是,亚马逊判买家赢,那因为订单已经超过了有效期限,所以你的ODR指标不会被影响,而且亚马逊可能会赔钱给这个买家。
如果你输了AZ,亚马逊又不赔钱,那你可以向亚马逊的高层人员反映这件事,让他们来解决
