亚马逊买家拒收包裹,却提交AZ claim,投诉说Item Not As Described(商品与描述不符)?
是这样的,买家下单之后,我马上就把东西寄出去了(这个包裹要求signature confirmation)。但是USPS的跟踪信息显示,这个买家拒绝签收包裹。后来我就接到通知说买家申请了AZ,理由是“商品与描述不符,商品存在缺陷”。Really?他都没签收快递,都没打开包裹看过,怎么知道商品有问题?真的是hin无语,碰到这种claim应该怎么处理比较好啊?

你现在赶紧去回应这个claim,时间拖得太久的话,这个AZ会对你的评级产生影响,而且亚马逊已经在调查包裹的追踪信息了,如果数据显示它“未交付”,亚马逊会自动退钱给买家的。

- Buyer purchased on XXX
- Seller promptly shipped via XXX on XXX with signature confirmation.
- Tracking (number) shows that the package was never signed for by buyer and is at the buyer's post office awaiting collection.
- Buyer filed A-Z on XXX claiming not as described and damaged, which cannot be true as buyer never received this purchase.
- Seller is perfectly willing to refund per Amazon policy just as soon as the package is returned by the post office.
- Please deny this claim because the buyer has made incorrect statements and the seller has followed all Amazon policies and is perfectly willing to refund upon return.

但是如果物品退回来的时候,像买家说的那样,存在损坏的痕迹,那你就没办法收取restocking fee,也要把最初的运费退给买家
