亚马逊买家退回来的产品,吊牌被撕掉了,这种事应该怎么处理比较好?
我收到了买家退回来的两副太阳镜,但是它们的condition和发货时的condition不一样,有很明显被使用过的痕迹:两副眼镜的吊牌都被撕掉了,而且装着它们的盒子都不见了。害我不能再把它们卖出去,我都想把这两副太阳镜退给他了。
我想问下,我不想全额退款给买家,我想收他50%的restocking fee,这样可以吗?我的店铺评分挺好的,我怕我没有全额退款给买家,买家会给差评,甚至申请AZ claim,到时候我该怎么办?

你跟这个买家说,因为UPC没了,所以产品不能被识别。你让他去找一下产品的吊牌,然后寄还给你;或者你购买prepaid的邮费,把产品退给他;你也可以选择处理掉这两副太阳镜。
