ebay买家要求取消拍卖，直接按他所出的价格把产品卖给他？

我觉得把这段话“翻译”一下应该是这样：

我喜欢把产品以拍卖的形式卖出去，如果有买家跟我说，他想以“buy it now”买下商品，我会回复说：“You are not the first to ask and to be fair to all interested parties I prefer to let the auction go as scheduled rather than me favoring one buyer over another.”
如果还没开始拍卖，商品就已经被卖出去了，那对于那些一直关注着商品、等待拍卖开始的买家来说岂不是太不公平了？

楼上说得对。碰到买家不参与竞拍，想以固定价买下商品，我一般都会回复：“I'm sorry but it's store policy that we let the auction run its course and please feel free to bid if you are interested.”但是这个买家没有投标，他只是等拍卖结束之后，再发邮件跟我抱怨。然后我没有回他

我是回复：“Thank you for your offer. There has been other interest in this item and to be fair to all, i will let the listing run to it's end.”
然后就把他的ID放到BBL里面

这个买家之前有在我店里买过一些固定价格的商品，但是他经常抱怨产品有问题，比如图文不符啊什么的

要是我的话，他第一次抱怨的时候我就会把他屏蔽掉，不然以后肯定会有一大堆的问题，那不是自找麻烦嘛

楼主的做法是对的，不要理他。当买家私底下发邮件给你，提出某个要求的时候，就应该果断地屏蔽他，没得商量
