亚马逊买家选错了送货方式(second day shipping),却抱怨运费太贵,要退钱,怎么办?
有个买家(老客户)买了两件很便宜的商品,选的是second day shipping(运费挺贵的),我想应该是有特殊的原因,比如婚礼、派对等,所以希望快递早点到,然后我就早点给他发货了。
没想到收到货的第二天他就让我把“荒唐的”运费退给他(他本来想选的不是second day shipping)。我解释说,为了方便起见,他选了价格更高的“second day shipping”,物品有在规定的时间内送达。而且在订单页面写得很清楚,他应该要确认好之后再下单。
我想问一下,我要把运费退给他吗?如果他申请AZ claim,我有没有可能赢啊?

(1) I have a Prime Account and should not have to pay for 2 Day Shipping.(我有会员账号,不需要支付运费)
(2) I was never shown these charges when I checked out.(我在确认下单的时候没看到这个运费)
