我在亚马逊搜索自己品牌的关键字,发现了两个竞品,这是怎么回事?
最近我去搜索自己品牌名的关键字,然后就发现两个竞品,而且它们的排名还在上升。去看它们的listing页面,没有我的品牌关键字。为什么会这样呢?
去问亚马逊seller performance的工作人员,他们给我发了这封邮件:
“Hello,Thank you for your message. I have looked at the items you identified and they do not use the term "xxxxx" as a keyword. To assist consumers in navigating through the millions of products in our enormous online catalog, AMAZON employs a complex user-defined searching system. The sole purpose of our searching mechanism is to help consumers navigate through the extensive catalog and make informed purchasing decisions based on the items that may best fit their needs at any given time. The search results are generated in a number of ways, including customer browse and purchase behavior, as well as comparable products in a product category, and the search algorithms are applied equally and automatically to the wide range of products on Amazon's site. Amazon's searching mechanism and display of various items on product pages on the Amazon site is not and is in no way designed to be deceptive or create confusion. To the contrary, Amazon's searching mechanism is employed to allow consumers to freely find, view and compare various products so they can choose the products that best fit their needs.”
