亚马逊客户退货,MPN(manufacturer product number厂商产品编号)前后不一致,怎么破?
客户买了两个泳池飘浮玩具,收到货还没两天就说玩具坏了,然后就退给我们了。
拿到玩具我们检查了一下,发现有明显使用过的痕迹,而且颜色褪得很严重,像是用了好久的样子。关键是玩具的manufacturer product number(厂商的产品编号)跟我们的不匹配,也就是说,他退的这个玩具根本不是我们的。
这就过分了,他还要求更换,或是全额退款,我真的是黑人问号脸,这都什么鬼啊?
我们拍了照片,把快递箱留着,想着他申请AZ的话,说不定能派上用场。
我真的是很不想把钱退给他,现在要怎么办才好?

你整理好资料,先report给seller support,记得提到关键字“extortion(敲诈)”,还有说他的行为违背了亚马逊政策

“Hi XXXXX,
These do not appear to be the floats that were sent by our warehouse. They have been quite used. There are significant stains on them, and they really were torn beyond recognition. The number that was on the float also did not match the batch that was sent to us - the stock we have on hand has a much different set of numbers. Is it possible these were purchased from another vendor?
We're happy to help, but Amazon's rules for returns require us to only accept for
return the items that were shipped by us. We can't identify these as ours. Your help would be greatly appreciated.”

我想除了一些厚颜无耻的骗子会继续找茬、申请claim什么的,其他大部分的买家本来以为自己的做法神不知鬼不觉的,但是看到你把东西退给他们,应该会察觉到事情暴露了,然后就放弃了。况且你手上还有证据(MPN),所以他们肯定是理亏的
