我的亚马逊账号突然不能销售了,不知道是因为客户投诉还是其他原因?
前两天有个产品listing突然显示“不可售”,Seller Performance Team发邮件让我提供发票、收据等材料:
“Hello,
We are reviewing your selling account and we need to verify your documentation for the following items:
XXXXXXXXX
Please email pq-review@amazon.com with the following supporting documents:
Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. The quantity of items shown on the documentation should match your inventory...”
然后我就发了,但他们一直不回我,去催了一下,结果直接说我不能销售了:
“Hello,
Based on the information you provided, you may not sell these items on Amazon.com. We removed your listings for the following items:
ASIN:XXXXXXX
Please do not relist these items. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.
To learn more about our policies, search for "Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy" or “Intellectual Property Violations” in Seller Central Help.
Sincerely,”
不知道是怎么了,我在想是不是有客户去投诉了?因为邮件里有提到“complaints”这个词,而且之前有客户给了2星差评,还有个客户要求退款(商品价格挺高的)。。。

1.新账户和注册很久没有销售的账户,审核会非常严格,有个朋友没有开卖,就被要求审核,然后沟通了一个多月,才放开权限
2.Amazon算法中,侵权不是只有你的产品商标、产品外观的,如果没有记错,之前某品牌就利用品牌的相关名称对使用该关键词的卖家进行投诉,这点在eBay和速卖通应该经常发生
3.近期很多人谈到黑科技什么的,这种做法会让Amazon烦躁,目前最好的方法就是顺着Amazon的规则,这和一些大咖在操作社交账号的时候一样,有个养号的过程。
