亚马逊客户想拿回全部退款,不愿意退还商品,还威胁要写negative feedback!

“I am highly disappointed that your item was sent to me not only not working at all but completely used. you should be embarrassed to send a product like that to any customer much less a new customer whom you could have got repeat business from, but that will never happen now. I will wait 1 day for you to remedy your bad business with a full refund before I will leave a very bad seller feedback and only a positive one if you give me a refund without me having to take time and money out of my busy schedule to send your defective product back. Thank you.”

要是你想拿回商品,给他prepaid return label,让他快点退货,以免拖延时间。他再威胁你,就点”no reply needed”、
你先发制人,把威胁短信给亚马逊看,这样差评会被删
如果开az,就回复case,说你提供了prepaid return label,等收到货后,会“依照政策”处理
