亚马逊账号因velocity limit被限制销售，等有feedback后审核才会结束？

我的账号因为"velocity limit"被限制销售了（我以为只是限制不能转钱？），从11.4到现在。账号没有任何问题，但好像是因为没有买家的评论，然后被审核？（怪我咯？）
