I understand that you have received an email form Amazon regarding the shipping labels and address.
In order to create a consistent return experience, we require all sellers either to:
1) provide a local address in their Elected Country for returns, or提供一个美国地址用来收退货。
2) pay for return shipping on all returns.或提供运费标签(把标签PDF文件发到亚马逊给买家,买家打印贴到产品上就可以通过美国邮政USPS或UPS之类的发回给你。
Please be informed that Amazon accepts only US addresses as return address.只接受美国地址。
In this case, I suggest you to give a false address,我建议你给一个假地址 authorize the return and then sent an email regarding the return address via buyer messaging services.然后点击同意退货,再到站内信箱里面发一个真的(中国)退货地址给买家,等收到货后再退款给买家----这个方法不错,不过有可能被买家利用来投诉或给差评。或再到站内信箱里面发一个邮件说不用退货,货自己收这,款会直接退给你。
Or, regarding the prepaid shipping label, you can very well issue a refund for the shipping charges after receiving the return. But you have to mention this condition in the shipping policies.或提供已经符好费用的shipping label给买家,然后卖家收到退货后再退款,但是记得要把这个政策写到 货运政策那一块。
To add or edit your customer service policy:添加方法如下:
1. Log in to your seller account.
2. On the Settings tab, select "Store Settings.
3. In the Info & Policies section, click "Edit" to add or update your customer service policy.
